Sorry for the inconvenience, this is a temporary problems connected with DNS records caching. I can't say when they'll be solved since I'm not the one who can help here.
Domain is payed, so no one can grab it.
Right now, if you don't want to wait, you may add a line to your 'hosts' file (either %WINDIR%\drivers\etc\hosts or /etc/hosts), connecting 83.149.74.246 host with 'kolibrios.org' domain. More on 'hosts' file: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts_file
