Do I still download the 32-bit version from MenuetOS site? (It's been a while since I had the OS installed on harddrive.)

M32 is not being developed as before and the kolibri version with many developers and major kernel coding is being actively worrked on. click on my www button below then click archives get the first 2 files for the most recent version. Mark n Matt

yes ... you can have it from www.menuetos.org/dowload.html ... or you can download KolibriOS (menuetos 32 bit, but improved a lot ) from http://www.kolibri.hut1.ru/downlo_e.htm ... enjoy!
