Below is a thing I need and I could use some input if this could be done and would be most delighted if anyone feels like helping me create this. I work in a retail store selling home electronics. At this store im responsible for the computer department and got a small problem at hand. Everything I put a computer in display i have to go through the installation process so its up and I can put a screensaver on it to bring some life to them in the store. This leads to that every time i sell the last one of a model the customer has to wait for us to restore them to factory defaults in order to get a clean one. What I want to do is have a bootable cd that starts a standalone os up, starts a kind of screensaver with a bunch of pictures (informational slides with info about our financial and insurance solutions). Is this doable and if so, what do I need to make it? PS: I can easy go on using a proxy, but in stead i will work on making menuet/Dex4u better. Just got another 64bit PC, so maybe open source 64bit menuet maybe available in the near future
