hd access Hi,
I have on my laptop one hd with this partitions:
had1 ntfs, w2k
hda2 ext2, linux
hda3 fat32, KoOS ;-)
hda4 linux swaü
atm I boot from hda1 with mtldr, it works fine, but I cannot access the fat partition, so I cannot save any files. Save image to c:\ dos not work, because of ntfs. Have you any hints for working with my fat partition? It would be great to develop on the laptop.
Thanks

Use this kernel:
http://www.kolibri.hut1.ru/temp/kernel.7z
This kernel newest by the current moment (SVN revision 95).
In it for a long time is included fix, made by me, permitting to work with partitions FAT which did not see Kolibri OS earlier.

hm, thx, but it dos not work for my configuration. With that kernel I see a non clickable /hdd/1/kolibri folder with sysxtree, nothing with kfar. I cannot save any file to /hdd/1, and I have no folder named kolibri on any lokal partition at this laptop.
Anyway, where can I get the newest kernel source? (sry, i am new here.
Regards, Frank
edit: I did not tested enouhg, it works fine and safes edited existing files correct. Thats ok for me, so much thx to you.
