People who spam in forums should be shot in the head..!
I'm getting so sick and tired of seeing this BULLSH*T all the time..! Everytime i come into one of these forums you see the ever growing spam epidemic...! This is a statement made by me to all you recent newcomers ( you know who you are ) ........... YOUR FULL OF CRAP...!!!!! STOP SPAMMING..!!!! :twisted:

They haven´t to be killed, but stopped. May be, the registration procedure for this forum should get harder, lets say with auth by admin or sth. like that.

Guy, you need use registration procedure as meos.sysbin.com and no spammer on forum.

Using the same procedure is impossible since this is free board, and noone has access to PHP sources. How it's done on meos.sysbin.com: on registration step, there's a field where you asked to type the name of the board ("meos.sysbin.com"). Bots don't know about that field, so they fail to register.

I think, someone here has an admin account. If not, we should change the forum... Ok, its a simple phpBB, no need to go to sources, log in as admin, select admin area at bottom of main site, then go to Configuration in left menu Thee is in the 6th line (account activation or how its named in english) a choice, how it will be done, select activation by admin, thats all.

the admin (vigil => http://meos32.7.forumer.com/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2) probably can enable the e-mail confirmation for registration, let's hope he does so

We have english topics. Exactly, counted 15 posts total. almost half of them in russian. BTW, I don´t think, that´s the right way against spammers, to escape this forum. But, ok, I´ll join the sysbin ;-)

Guys, when I wrote here last post, I did not mean, that you should leave this forum. I meant, that it is necessary to you to make the procedure of registration as on meos.sysbin.com and then spammers here will be smaller. I did not want anybody to offend, the last post I have written without a translator - itself as far as I know english, if I have written, that be, not absolutely correctly, I apologize.

derPENGUIN You seriously think, what russian people will communicate with each other on english? ;-) In the English part of a forum there are no posts, because anybody from the people which are not owning russian to be lazy to write there.

Here is it done so ;-) And btw, for most developers outside of ru it would be really helpfull, if they could understand some conversation. I believe, Linux would have not 1 % of actual popularity, if the coders would speak finnish ;-)
