serious problem with ftp server
Hi again... u c, i'm testing in deep... ;-) OK, has anyone worked with the KoOS ftps? I tried it and get reproducible a curious side effect.Here is, what I do: - boot from hd, configure stack for lan, receive IP with dhcp - start ftps, login anonymous from a win box (wincmd) The PORT and LIST cmd works at this first time, but then I get a time out while trying PUT. I tryed it with PASV and active, bin and ascii... all the same. And: the Kolibri hangs at this moment, only a reboot helps now. And that is not all! The box crashes somewhere in BIOS code, waiting with "Verifying DMI Pool Data" At this moment I must one time boot from floppy, than is all ok again. (what a luck!). My BIOS is award V4.51PG, VIA chipset, hd is a 2Gb Western Digital, IDE vendor 1186, Display 100E (any old nVidia gForce). So, what to do except dont use the ftp server? BTW, you should install a bug report rubrik at this forum... ;-)
